Glass Mosaics:

Glass mosaic tiles are becoming increasingly popular for swimming pools, spas and water features. Glass mosaics offer a much wider colour choice than traditional ceramic mosaics. They are available with transparent, gold and pearl effects. Their small 20mm size complements the modern finishes used in today’s homes.

All of our glass mosaics are supplied on mesh. This is the preferred fixing method for most pool tilers. We mesh the tiles at our Brisbane factory to ensure that they are suitable for use in swimming pools. Please note that slight chipping in glass tiles is inherent of the product.

You will notice that many of the glass mosaics we sell are blue! This is because most people prefer blue water and we specialise in supplying tiles for swimming pools. We also supply aquas, greys and black to complement most surroundings.

Glass Blends Choosing a glass blend is ideal for those desiring a less uniform look. These tiles are perfect for either waterlines or fully tiled pools.

Gold The tiles in the ‘Gold’ series are translucent tiles that have gold highlights through them for extra texture and effect. The ‘Gold’ tiles are often used on the waterlines with their matching ‘Gem’ tiles used as the body tile in a fully tiled pool.

Pearl The latest look in glass mosaics, the ‘Pearl’ series of tiles are translucent tiles with a mother of pearl finish applied over the top of each tile. In full sun, the light travels through the tile and reveals the base colour. However, in the shade or looking from different angles, the tiles reflect a rainbow effect bringing your pool to life!

Crystal Glass The latest look in glass mosaics, the tiles are clear glass with a coloured glaze backing on each tile. The colour is at the back of the tile giving a three dimensional effect. The crystal glass is smooth to touch, modern and elegant.
