|Why choose Travertine ‘Walnut’ – Tumbled & Unfilled?||Travertine is a hard wearing yet beautiful stone. The natural tonal variation between the tiles looks great in both traditional and modern settings. Walnut Travertine is widely used outdoors and occasionally indoors. Unfilled Travertine has natural holes in the surface adding texture to the finish. Some clients instruct the layer to fill in some of the larger holes at the time of grouting. The edges of
the tiles have been tumbled giving a time worn, rustic appearance. ‘Walnut’ Travertine has darker brown tones offering a medium and darker selection of tiles than the Linen Travertine. It is very cool underfoot so ideal to use in any climate. The smooth texture is nice to walk and sit on and offers high slip resistance. Its natural colour variation hides marks very effectively. Travertine is accurately sized, cuts well and is easy to lay.

Disclaimer:General conditions for natural stone
Due to the colour variations inherent in natural stone, care should be taken when laying your tiles. It is recommended that tiles/pavers from all crates should be blended as the job proceeds. Both thickness and dimensions may vary up to +/- 2mm. Therefore, tiles may have to be graded accordingly.
The colours shown here should be used as a guide only. All computer monitors vary and hence the colours will vary depending on the monitor on which they are viewed. For a more accurate indication of colours, ask your pool builder to show you tile samples.
